Many students underutilize these services, which are designed to support students in their career development. I realized I wanted to focus more on high level programming languages and focus on getting internships and experiences for finance firms such as robinhood and Im leaning towards attending UIUC as a fall as a MechE/Engineering Mechanics major (still don't fully get the difference but thats a question for another time). I’ve come in with 60 credits and this semester has been a breeze, barely had to try for Calc III, TAM 210, and all my other classes. Now just because Engineering but CS has a higher acceptance, the middle 50 SAT/ACT for all the STEM majors is around 1430-1530/32-35 respectively so that means UIUC Engineering is still pretty selective.
