Sekiro washed out HDR worked perfectly well, but today I wanted to play Sekiro with HDR enabled and it looks washed out and is not usable (yesterday it worked) and I did not change anything. Interestingly enough, when I take a screenshot and view it in windows, it appears to have normal color.
